same here... waiting patiently for 20-percent or 25-percent coupon Smilie

whenever that happens, I always order 2 or 3 pairs at once. I have ordered 11 pairs from them in the past few years.

sadly, Zenni seems not interested in handing out discounts these day, so I haven't ordered in a long time.

They are pretty cheap already, without a code.

I've had the same pair for two and a half years. I wear contacts, so I don't wear them all day every day, but I wear them at least a few hours every day and then probably 40% of the week. The lenses are hard to keep clean and have a few scratches but the frames are like new.

I find the frames on their contacts a bit uncomfortable.

If you need a pair TODAY, 10% off saves a few bucks. I can wait for the next 20% one. They had one a couple of months ago. Wife got her first pair of progressives. BF coming up, likely soon. Only they get swamped and shipping slows when they do 20% around the holidays.

Exactly. Why should they? From the couple places I've ordered from, their quality, selection and website are better. I sent three orders back from goggles4u. The alignment for hole drilling was horrendous. Could toggle the one arm around the lens. Sending them video, they deemed it perfectly acceptable.
With 6 family members and 4 in glasses including 2 "big kids", we're a Zenni family for sure. I wear glasses infrequently, DW wears them all the time and of course my 6 and 10 yo's are daily wearers. How does it make sense to spend $300-$400 on a single pair of kids glasses from the optometrist when you can easily get 3-4 pairs with all the same bells and whistles from Zenni (both my kids wear transitions btw, adding to the cost). Plus, I can get sport goggles (soccer) for my kids and not break the bank. For DW, she can get a few pairs in different styles, and for the kids, since they are always losing/breaking/growing out of glasses, it's not a big deal vs. the local place.

The local optometrist monopoly has to go - yes I understand they provide a service and are a local place where you can see a person, but that doesn't justify a 400-500% premium on top of internet prices.

I've only had to return something to Zenni once - for my FIL who didn't specify that he wears progressive lenses. I ordered non-progressive for him and when we received it, he said they were wrong. Zenni's policy was very generous - you return the glasses and they give you a 100% "store credit" for the glasses (I don't think I even paid return shipping). Of course we just ordered the progressive versions right away (and had to pay more $$ for it) - but considering these are made-to-order items, they'd have every rational right to shave off some $$ for their trouble, but they don't.

Can anyone comment on their (non-perscription) sunglasses? I like the ability to customize lenses, and I need a new pair. The way I built them out they're about $130 though.
