These work well. Possibly a bit faster than an Excedrin pill. Priced great.

Works really well on those headaches that just don't quit.

I looovvvee these. It's good for muscle pain and very mild headaches. Especially when you're out in public, you can just put one in your wallet/purse.

It won't do much for period pain or migraines.

Midol for periods.

I have chronic migraines and Excedrin Migrain is top notch for that.

BC is awesome. Make sure you tell your spouse that you bought these - my buddy got dragged off the couch in the middle of his nap because his wife was convinced it was a packet of cocaine.

Great deal! I LOVE these things. They'll de-fang a headache QUICK...for me, at least. Bought 4 at my local target. Never had used Cartwheel before either (yeah, stupid for how long I've been using SD). All-round awesome. Thank you.

I like Goodies powder. It has the aspirin and caffeine, but adds ibuprofen to the mix. Works fast and well on a variety of pains, from teeth to feet.

This is the same as excedrin migraine. aspirin and caffeine.
