I'm starting a new thread since the existing one is for new line or port in.

I called Xfinity mobile customer care to ask if they are offering any promotion to existing customers to upgrade to latest iPhone 11 phones and I was informed, in no uncertain terms , that I'm eligible for $250 Visa card if I were to buy a new iPhone 11 (Max or otherwise). He even read some written promotion to confirm when I told him I was suspicious of that offer. I even pointed out their website states that a new line or a port in is required... but I was informed that is not required.

The only requirement is I will have to buy the phone at a local Xfinity store.

Recommended: Place your order for the new iPhones on or after September 20th, 2019 *IN STORE ONLY*

I had two rebates ongoing in October: 7/30 for $100 BYOD + new line + activation, and 09/23 for $250 rebate iPhone 11. I received a $250 rebate 11/07, and now 09/23 order doesn't even show on the rebate tracker website. Called Xfinity Mobile # (888) 936-4968 and said "rebate". Otherwise redemption center # 800-526-3268

Wait so you got the $250 for the 9/23 promo? And now that you got it the offer details are no longer visible on the rewards site?

I called a few days ago and the rep said she would escalate it and I should expect a call back in 7-10 business days, or call back on the 11th day. Ugh.

Update 1/1/20: Just checked the Rewards site today and am happy to see the rebate offer listed again in my dashboard, with an updated status as of 12/30/19 saying taht I am qualified and should be receiving my rebate in 2-4 weeks! Phew! Applause

Correct, my $250 09/23 rebate got shipped on 11/5. Hasnt even been 90 days since 09/23. Nonetheless the rebate status page now shows 'escalation ticket' and the $100 rebate shows 'Qualified' status date 01/03/2020 online also. Now to wait for it to ship, hopefully soon!
