Please note that this is 2+ years old. It is the previous generation "Standard" model vs the "Player" model. It has 21 instead of 22 frets, probably has ceramic pickups instead of alnico 5s, and just isn't as desirable to many players. Right now, you can get (IMHO) better colors in the newer Player series for $550 from other deals on here.

Thanks to the OP for posting a deal; I wanted to add additional information so people can make an informed decision.

I figured it was a good deal for someone looking to buy a Fender versus Squire Tele, or someone wanting the Humbucker configuration. I'm the latter, but I'm still too cheap to spend more than $400 on a MIM Tele! 😁 (I end up buying used)

I dig the color, and the humbuckers. Nice tele.

I said this in a previous post with the fender jaguar, but ifnyou havent played a HH tele, you should play obe before buying. Super different tone than a regular telecaster bjust my 2 cents.

IMO they sound like a 'thinner Les Paul" Smilie

Anyway, when it comes to these older model MiM models, I'd recommend looking at Squier's new line of guitars. They're using many of the same parts and sound/play exactly like Fender's MiM guitars. For instance:

They upped the quality on the newer MiM models, but the Squiers are solid instruments these days. It's a great time to be a guitarist!
