Good movie. Not one I'd personally need to own so it's a perfect rental for a $1

Decent movie at a .99 rental (I used some of my digital credits).
Thanks for posting.

The Intouchables 8.5 rating and #39 place on the top 250 are both richly deserved. Fantastic movie

Is it absolutely necessary? Am I going to miss important things/not understand if I don't?

Amz is lowering its rental price because it's terrible film, thinking that Hollywood can make it better than the original film. Some films better to leave them as it is, see The Intouchables.

Sick of these lame copycat remakes like the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ones and so many others which pale in comparison 95% of the time.

The Intouchables is the original film, however it is in French. Many people believe there should have never been an English remake because the original was so good and that a remake was unnecessary. That's probably the biggest reason it has such a low IMDb rating.

Es, for example, Jungle book then Mowgli, even its a Netflix movie it's still a copy regardless.
