Will this work for a dude with a big gut that kinda looks like an expectant mom?

I'm a 20 year old dude so most likely not pregnant and I might have to get this. It just looks comfy

Little bit more detail on the Amazon page (4/5 stars with 11 reviews): https://www.amazon.com/Simmons-Ki...B00QIVBM02

I'd be down for it, but it looks like you're supposed to use it as your head's pillow too. Not sure how I feel about that.

Use this for body and another for your head? Problem solved.

Depends if you sleep on your side and your gut slopping down makes you uncomfortable. Pregnant women are not supposed to sleep on their backs which is the main reason these pillows are so prevalent.

These are probably comfortable for any positioning assistance for elderly or disabled /Parkinson's patients etc. where pressure ulcers are a concern but unfortunately the foam is not ideal you want something that breathes and doesn't retain heat

It appears to differ only in the cover. One is cool and the other probably warm. I picked the cool.
