Stanley Bond Manufacturing gardening equipment on clearance at Sears including pruners, saws, rakes, shears, shovels, machete, etc for $0.94 - $12.94

https://www.sears.com/search=bond...rsTab=true

Some pretty decent tools available at a great price, but no free shipping so this may not be a great deal for those without a Sears still open near them for free pickup.

Some examples (checkout above link for more!!!):
$3.94 pruning saw: https://www.sears.com/bond-manufa...ockType=G5 Now $2.94
$3.94 poly rake: https://www.sears.com/bond-manufa...ockType=G7
$5.94 wood D-handle square shovel: https://www.sears.com/bond-manufa...ckType=G11
$11.94 machete with saw: https://www.sears.com/bond-manufa...ckType=G22

Yes, I know a few items were already posted but figured a single thread with all items on sale would be helpful.

Good luck and enjoy!

I bought most of this stuff when it first hit. Probably going to have to ship, our store sold everything in two days.

What's with the hardlines fire sale at Sears. As a consumer it's great but they have no stock to replace it - I guess it's a cash grab to mortgage a holiday season run? In my fantasy land I hope it's because they are about to roll out all new made in USA tools again.

I think because the Sears Hometown merger is next month, and Hometown carries tools, so it might be that they have too many tools around the warehouses/overstocked

I bought a square shovel and the anvil loppers. Used both already and they are decent. Loppers have a lighter plastic handle that made me question the amount of force I could apply. But they held up and for the price I can't ever complain. The shovel felt like all the other shovels I've used with a wood handle.

Nah, just an annual sale. Sears is in great financial standing!

Since it filed for bankruptcy in October 2018, the 126-year-old department store has been hemorrhaging money. Net losses between November and January totaled $722 million and the company racked up roughly $11.7 million in restructuring professional fees, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sears store sales have fallen from more than $30 billion in 2013 to under $11 billion in 2018, according to data eMarketer emailed to Retail Dive. E-commerce sales have also dropped from $3.3 billion in 2013 to just under $2 billion in the same time frame.

Sears isnt the biggest money maker in the world but I heard when Sears got brought out during the auction (transformco newsears) and got out of BK, over 3/4 of its debt got wiped off plus money losing SYW has been downsized since then, those stats are from the old company Sears Holdings which no longer owns the stores nor brands. Plus with the Hometown remerger coming up in a few weeks, they are not super broke, super broke companies dont go out and buy out companies they used to own. Not saying the model works but its also not falling tomorrow
