Uber charges a delivery fee, a service fee, tax, and they also mark up they product by 20% or more at every location.

A footlong sub starts at $10 for a veggie from Subway, not including the delivery or service fee.

😂 20% doesn't even bring them into reality

So you want food delivered for you the same price that it's sold in the store?

I don't think that's how it works...

Prices seem reasonable to me given that I don't have to drive, deal with parking, etc. Food just magically shows up at my door for a few dollars more.

Tip the driver > 20%. Don't be cheap.
Vs tipping a server at the restaurant lol. Find places without irrational delivery fees

No email here, and not showing in the app. First time that's happened. I'll wait and see if it turns up later.

Some of the restaurants have jacked up prices but many don't. Same goes for the delivery fee, some are low or free, some are ridiculous. Just use common sense on who to order from and these are all decisions made by the restaurant, not Uber. Also tax? How is that Uber's fault? Every restaurant must charge tax by law.
