Isn't the deal from AT&T directly better? It offers $300 instead of $200.

Nope, att is "Limit One Reward Card per account." While Costco is $200 per line.

This is what a "deal" suppose to be. I am so surprised so many dumb-ass consider that T-Mobile trade-in one as a deal. It is no doubt when I post this and some of them will say "what if I don't have a new line blur blur blur. Well, whatever.laugh out loudlaugh out loud
T-M is existing account trade in. or you mean the summer one where it was 750? if summer, it was a GC vs monthly credit so you can get an account and cancel after 60/90 days and keep the phone and move to your preferred provider. if ATT allowed that, I would be all over it too.

Can Costco reps do retention deals? I got a decent retention offer but the guy wouldn't waive the upgrade fee so I declined, because I'm certain that they can waive it.

AT&T is wise to such tricks. They won't honor the BOGO if you do that

Yes you qualify for the bogo. Open two new lines first then you call att and cancel the two current lines. You can also port them to google voice if you want to save the old numbers and set up forwarding to your new # so you don't miss anything.

Umm no, my family has been doing it for years and always get the BOGO credits. Where is it in their terms and conditions says you cannot cancel old lines?

It's a $23.33 monthly bill credits over 30 months and not a $700 rebate check so if you cancel the lines, the credit stops and you have to pay the whole balance.
