I bought a few "traditional fit" Costco dress shirts a few years ago and immediately returned them after trying them on. They aren't nearly as flattering as the model picture and were shaped like a box.

Agreed. The kirkland traditional fit has no taper at all. It's a shame, because the shirts seem to be really good quality. They're just made for people with very big waistlines.

If they sold a taperred fit for the same price, i'd buy several.

I've said the same thing. Tapered/slim fit and the Costco shirts would probably be all that I'd wear.
