lowest price they've been but I personally don't think they should not have retailed at $400. Reviews seem meh as well according to users on Amazon, Bose.com and Best Buy...

Not a bad price, just not a good product. Impossible to justify if you already own a pair of QC35-IIs

The mics are the best on any set of headphones (works in NYC streets, and high nosy conditions) but..not sure if it's worth $100+ more than the sonys 1000xm3 when it's on sale.

I got them. They disconnect randomly. Mic is top quality though.

I know these are still kind of new, but did the QC35's have a history of seeing discounts during BF?

Yea mics are the best I've ever tested in any headphones bar none. I was in times square during rush hour and I was in a conference call and everyone heard me fine. No issues picking up background noise at all. It was amazing....

I would probably aim to buy this headphones around $200-$250 around there. Hopefully when Sony drops their new 1000xm4

They fixed the cold weather phantom touches and mic issues...why people hate buying used/and secondary from because sony doesn't honor those warranties like bose does.

Definitely not worth the 400$ price tag. Test drove these for about 3 weeks. Features are great noise cancelling excellent (although not as strong as the xm3's) reason for return was mainly because uncomfortableness especially comparing to the QC's. Clamping force much higher, pads smaller....
I also had the rubber that sits on top of your head start to discolor and after 3 weeks stared hearing a noise from where the metallic band and earpiece connect. So when I would turn my head I would hear this noise while wearing the headphones it was very irritating. Absolutely not worth 400$. My issue is that bose somehow ruined the NC on the qc 35's and the Sony's are not as user friendly especially with no multipoint.

Assuming this is not authorized seller? Would bose honor warranty?

I picked these up from a friend who works at bose. For $200 I figured I can sell them if I didn't like them. My impression is they are well designed, light, comfortable. Sound is solid but not incredible. It's a little abrasive at high volume. I am hoping the app will implement an equalizer which will allow dropping some of the mids and treble.

Keep in mind the bad reviews on amazon were when the app was messed up. Now that the app is updated, many of the reviews are no longer valid. I actually don't even use the app.. don't see a point. The 0, 5, 10 button for noise cancelling is more than sufficient.

I finally got to try a pair on at a Bose store. They definitely felt more comfortable than my Sony XM2's but the sound quality was lacking. I'm waiting for the XM4's to drop before upgrading.

Does anyone have a recommendation for headphones with ANC and great mic? So far, I'm not happy with Bose 700.

Seeing how they weren't announced at the IFA, you might be waiting for a long time...
