Take this with a grain of salt: If these are the same ICs that are in G.Skill's Sniper-X DDR4-3600 CL19 [guru3d.com], then they're Hynix MFR and don't like to budge on timings.

CL19 is pretty atrocious, but I doubt most would notice a difference between CL19 and CL15/16 in every day tasks. Still, if you're spending this kind of money on memory, then you can do a lot better specs-wise with the Trident Z Neo [newegg.com], unless the glitter bomb look completes your rig's My Little Pony motif.
