whey is higher quality protein than plant protein
Whey can last for years...the most processed thing out there. Real food is delicious and superior Smilie

Whey is dirty and super unhealthy. I'll stick to plant based protein like Vivolife

Lactose can be almost completely removed from milk. That's a rather essential step in the process of isolating whey protein.

uses soy lecithin as emulsifier, any cons?
Soy lecithin is vegetable oil shortening. Cheapest processed crap available. It gets put into darn near everything these days. As a person allergic to soy, I'm not a fan lol. Especially since the FDA requires no allergy warning for it yet it still messes me up a little.

Couldn't be more of a gimmick. Whey protein is EXTREMELY cheaper than this
You must be drinking some really cheap stuff lol. This is Isolate btw, not your regular whey. I assume you know the difference, but am thinking you probably don't.

The amount of broscience and unsubstantiated claims in supplement threads never cease to amaze me.

Also agree with the other comment that food is king. Although I still take protein shakes to ensure that I'm hitting my protein macros for the day (when competing); nothing, absolutely nothing, replaces good eating.
I agree with most of what you said, but especially this. Repped. Unfortunately, kids these days don't get it. So much marketing and hype, it's like peer pressure to take everything that a professional bodybuilder puts his/her name on. They are just pushing products to make money. Most consume real food to support health and muscle growth, not ultra processed powders and pills.

For what it's worth, I've bought several things from this company off of amazon over the past few years (mostly to make my own preworkout) and they sell quality products in my eyes.
Same from me. BCAA, Creatine, beta alanine. Couple other sample products all been good.
