I got a mailer for this deal. I believe they're offering it until the 29th.

For a select few, you could get amazing internet speeds.

FYI, if you try to upgrade your current plan, they won't decrease your rate. You have to wait 30 days without service before you can qualify. But if you set it up under a different name, you can get the special. If upgrading, setup the install date, then set a reminder, to yourself, to cancel your service the day before. If you call in and tell them a specific date, if like me, instead of cancelling on the date you request, they'll cancel on the date you called in. Also, if you don't already have a router/modem, they'll charge you a $10/mo router/modem rental fee. I bought mine for ~150 a yr ago. Yes, I know FC cust srvc is awful, but the service, since I've had it in S CA, has been satisfactory.

BTW, they'll also charge a setup fee. I can't remember how much, I think ~80.

They are offering a 100 gift card after 1 month of on time pmts.

They also are offering 1 yr of Amazon Prim, again, after 1 month of on time pmts.

They'll charge you the monthly fee for the modem even if you already have your own modem is what I was told

I think they've gone from 200/200 to 400/400 and now 500/500 promos. Customer service is bad but FIOS internet is great. I have the 200/200.

I was about to say. That's even if your service is working. There's a reason why the state of Minnesota is investigating the companies terrible service and support.

I did this deal a couple of weeks ago. It was also bundle with 1 year amazon prime and $100 gift card. I waited for my appointment for 6 hours and they never show up. Reschedule 2 days later and again waited 6 hours and got a text that they were in route. Got another text saying that they are working in my area. So i drove around my neighborhood and never saw any frontier people. They wasted 12 hours that I could of been doing something productive on my days off. I call next morning to cancel. 1st thing they told me before I can say anything is that they were running behind. I told them to cancel and they still havent refund my $57 deposit.

The worse part is that I got 3 hard inquires on my credit report smh. After doing research it seems frontier has been going downhill quick. Thats why theyre going bankrupt and there stock prices have plummet

I was tempted to switch to Frontier but after I got done reading the fine print, there are all kind of extra charges (monthly modem fee, misc taxes, setup fee, etc.), you have no idea what your initial and monthly charge is going to be. Very misleading.

I am their customer (no choice in my area if I want fast speed internet). Stay away from these people if you can. Their customer service is terrible.

Yeah their customer service is the worst. They had a special for free installation and setup. I signed up and got a bill later charging me for installation and setup. Called up customer service, offered to send them their ad and the rep said no. Asked to speak to a manager and the rep said no, the manager agrees with the rep and hung up. I cancelled, paid and did a charge back. Credit card company said they never received a response. I suggest never going with that company no matter how great the deal.
