Yeah we've seen you repeat "Wyze is the best" on about every security cam deal since you joined in February.

Better take it easy on this one, it's a shill too...let's not be hypocritical.

edit: when you edit your post to address the fact that everything you just said was wrong and your comparison is based on the WRONG camera, you might want to delete the incorrect info. You know...considering the first sentence you wrote and all.

I have a couple Yi Home cams. They've been a headache to re-setup each time some update disconnects them.
They are currently bricked and I can't figure out how to get them working again. My experience at least.

I'm close to going back to Yi. Wyze was great up until they removed the hardware decoding out on the Andriod app. Now there's a 30-60second lag on the live view. I have to put downgrade it to 360p just to get a real time view of the front of my house. This has been an issue since July. Be very aware of this issue.

Why not buy two of these [amazon.com], or are these not the same product?

Edit: nvm, looks like the 2pc is Smart Home Camera 3; newer model.

Not great, but some types are less reflective. You want to put the camera up against the window to reduce the reflection.

FYI this company and Wyze are just awful with their constant fake reviews.
Again, this is an FYI ONLY and just for people that care about the companies they support.

Listing the exact same product dozens of times on Amazon to remove bad reviews and add fake positives is pretty f'd up.

Because this one has a shill code attached, duh.

just kidding, this one has more fps, motion detection and sound detector. the solo do not. they consider the two pack AI enabled. the solo pack does not. if you check the solo link you posted there is a chart breaking down the difference.

I have the YI Home 1080p (I want to say second edition) Its cheap but it works. Alerts are terrible. It doesnt alert you appropriately. Example is when a car drives by it sends you a notification of a human detected. Its supposed to have proper identification of a human shape but this has never been addressed. The baby crying/sound alerts I have had to turn off because it sends notifications when there isnt even a noise. Even when the sensitivity is set as low as the app allows. I have heard recently they arent very secure anymore, and updates are few and far between.

Accessing the YI camera from a browser.. is that a feature of the newer Cam3 model? I have an older model and I'm pretty sure it doesn't have that feature. That's the reason I want to replace it with the Wyze camera in the future..
