I have had this one for many years. It's a great stand, for the price. The outfeed rollers are good, and the end stops work, but not quite as smooth as some of the higher end units. (At 5x the price) it's nice that they have a integrated switch box. (I believe you can hook on a vac and be simultaneous activation). My only real annoyance is that it doesn't stand upright by itself for storage, unless you remove the saw, and then the base is a bit awkward (as if a miter saw isn't already awkward enough)

This thing looks beefy! Interested on input if anyone has 1 of these. I would be throwing a 12" Ryobi on it.

Also there is a coupon code SEARS5OFF50 for $5 off $50 purchase! So $64.92!

*edit - code doesn't seem to apply to this item although there was a pop up on their site to use it?

"We're sorry, the coupon has not been applied."

Looks like you edited right before I submitted. I couldn't get that code to work on any of my sears sale prices lately.

I would be in but $20 shipping kills it for me. No local pickup available. Almost a third of the price to ship is a no go. Good stand though.

Shipping + tax drives this thing to $98.53 for me. Closest in store pick up is approximately 65 miles away 😭 ... this seems like a great deal if you can get in store local pick up. I might just snag one of the Dewalt stands near BF to save the trip/shipping. This thing looks great though and excellent reviews!

So the wheels on this thing only work when the stand is folded up?

Sears coupons won't work on anything listed as a "Hot Buy". From their site: "Hot Buys are special limited time offers proceed too low to be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions."

Yep. I have the Kobalt stand like this. Haven't used the wheels once. If its folded up and the saw is still on it, you can then pull it easier than carrying it, but wheels where you don't have to fold the legs up - THAT is what I want! (some brands do have that)
This design seems silly to me.

I love my Ridgid stand. Got it black Friday a few years back, too. I would recommend that over the Craftsman.
