These things are awful. As a parent, avoid them. There's a reason everywhere has them on clearance...

Why are they awful? I just bought one of the 24 pack on Amazon as a present.

The smell is nauseating (to us) and lingers. The stinky ones are also rough.

If it's not going to be in your house, makes a great gift - especially for enemies Smilie

The smelly finger paints as well as the smelly scented make your own marker kits (clearance at Walmart) are the same. I'd just buy some giant box of regular crayons or pipsqueak markers instead.

Thanks. If I knew it doesn't smell good, I would have saved money buying a regular one.

Some people must like them and kids are amused by smells (and farts!). It'll be what it'll be.

I'm a teacher and I love these. The smell doesn't bother me. I have the silly scents not the stinky ones.

What exactly is the difference ? Did the item explain itself, one have a scent and one stink ?
