Seems like it, bought all my 4k disks the last two years for $10 or less around black Friday. Have about 45 I got for that price. Unless you mean regular Blu-ray disks, those I paid more like $4 or less.

This is a long shot but I'm guessing these U.K. version don't have Atmos/X either?

None of them do, no matter where you purchase it. Nolan movies don't have Atmos. Dolby Atmos is not compatible with film projection so Nolan doesn't want to give the digital presentations of his movies any advantages.

Yes, you are right. It's good to know. I stand corrected!

Well I don't think that's completely accurate. It's not that's it not compatible, Nolan just does not prefer/like object based sound/codec so he chooses not to make the conversion.
IMO the more you can follow Dolby's downfiring/in-ceiling layout with reference speakers gives you the best performance.
If you can Atmos is a significant upgrade and for me is the major reason(80/20) I upgraded.
It's unfortunate Nolan feels that way because I would have surely bought this set ☹️
