I have not received a survey email from them in 5 days. I use to get a couple of emails each day. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried to call them yesterday but it went straight to voice mail. Thanks for any help you can give me. Peace

I had same problem last week. No emails, no surveys available. Sent contact form from website and also left message on phone. Did receive an email and after some back and forth finally got account problem resolved.

I suggest using contact form on their website and they will get back to you in a few days. I had to respond to email a couple of times telling them I still didn't have surveys until they finally fixed problem. Hope this helps.

I too had the same problem but they fixed it rather quickly after i used this method. woot

Login and on the right side of the Chat section write down the following
"Why I am not getting surveys?"

It will ask you a question whether you want the support team to take a look write "Yes"
it will give you a Ticket reference case#, Then shortly after they will respond by email.

Why not just check the page daily. I check daily and surveys are always available for me.

We did daily, Wink but kept getting the same message below.
it seemed that a few of us were effected by a glitch that paused our account temporarily.
After alerting them it seem to have fix the issue.

This could be due to several reasons:

• You have completed the maximum number of surveys allowed for today.
• You have not met the specific profile criteria for our open surveys.
• We just don't have any more surveys and we are out trying to get more clients.
Don't worry, We are adding in new surveys all the time. Please check back tomorrow for more survey opportunities.
We appreciate your time!

You can email support and ask why you have not received surveys. I have found that one opinion has been slower in sending surveys than usual, on week-ends, I hardly get any surveys. Another thing you can try is clear your temporary files and use one of the older emails, if you have it, and click on the survey link. Good Luck.

It took a week, but I finally received an email last night that my account was working again. Applause They sure took their time. Got case number Tuesday morning, email from them on Thursday morning about Browser related problems, replied same morning that nothing had changed on my computer and they finally fixed it Monday night. I did some research while I was waiting and found multiple posts on various web sites about other people who currently had the same problem.

They have always paid in One Opinion points that you can redeem for choice of gift cards, both physical and digital, starting at $25. $30 will be 30,000 points. Added to my current points will be almost $50 to cashout for me. Just a few more surveys will do it. Points usually post within 2 weeks.
