You just turn the crank and snap the plank and boot the marble right down the shoot then watch it roll and hit the pole that knock the man the rub a dub tub which hits the man right into the pan the trap is set here comes the net —- wow! Mousetrap, i guarantee, it's the craziest game you'll ever see.

The quality is definitely nowhere near as good as I remember it when I was a kid (but then again, I'm at the age where my memory may be starting to fail laugh out loud). Having said that, I did buy this last year holiday season for my kids and they did get plenty of enjoyment out of it and imho it is worth the sub $10 in this OP.

Interestingly, during checkout the MSRP on Target's website changes from $19.99 to $10.89.

These never worked when they were made in America, so I doubt they work well made in china

I bought this version nearly 2 years ago. It worked OK.
Might take an adult help to set it up right and test it to make sure the items all work the right way. I wouldn't just dump it on a 5-8 year old kid and expect them to figure it all out.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. $19.99 seems to be a more realistic MSRP. Target & Walmart sometimes have their MSRP as the previous sale price, so not exactly the real MSRP.

This seems to be a new low price for Amazon.

It's $19.99 directly on Hasbro's website.

Seems to be just missing the first step which was cranking the wheels to set off the boot.
Lame. Oh and they changed the ball from starting the larger ball on the bathtub to a catapult taking the same ball up to the bathtub, that is kinda neat.
I just remember setting of the trap being the only fun part of the game- the game itself being kinda boring.

I don't think I ever actually played the game when I was a kid. I only repeatedly set it up and made the trap go off.
