My store (which rarely sees the markdowns other stores see), has been at $89 on this for more than a month. And this is at least second mark down, because they were $124 for the prior 2 months.

Thanks/repppps for the heads up.

This blower (and the entire Snapper 58V line) seems to be re-badged Poulan:

Reviews are few and mixed, but WM is good about returns.

WM also has - YMMV - the following Snapper (Poulan) 58V tools on clearance:

Poulan and Jonsered, Rural King is selling those refurbished for more than this. I have the Jonsered 58v in my garage and they are better than most of the professional gas products that I used to landscape with.

I am wondering the same thing. I have some of the 60v snapper tools and those are still available as powerworks tools.

I just bought the handheld for $89, charged and tested it.

The backpack version has 5.2 Ah battery vs. 2.6 Ah in the handheld, so it's 2x the power.

I got the handheld for blowing snow in winter off the driveway. 675 CFM is sufficient for removing fresh snow, however, a fully charged 2.6 Ah battery is good in the handheld blower for less than 10 min. blowing on full power. I will be trying to get the back pack for a good price.

I have fully charged the hand held battery and tested is a few times: each time it was good for less than 10 min. on the full turbo force.

I got the mower last time these came around (for $199).

I've used it about 15 times and the 5.2AH battery lets me cover about 6,000 sqft on the "turbo" mode the entire time to ensure good mulching. I finish my 6k yard having just pushed down to 1/4 bars on the battery indicator.

Even at $209 it's a solid price. It's not self-propelled, but it's super light and easy to push.
