Exactly and it sucks anyway. Every time you turn on or off, you have no internet connection for up to a minute sometimes

Legit question, why would you turn it off? What is it like using this VPN vs other VPNs if you know? I have been considering. Thank you in advance.

A very happy Windscribe customer for about a year. Fast and reliable. Highly recommend.

Many websites won't work with a VPN on

VPNs can also be exceedingly slow sometimes. It just depends on your current needs. Sometimes you don't need the privacy while just watching Netflix.

Don't even know why this is getting so much attention. Way overpriced for a VPN when you can get others like PIA at a much lower cost.

I paid $45 for lifetime subscription. It has been fast. So far, no complaint.

You can get 3 years of NordVPN for $45-50 all the time after cash back. TC currently has it at 60%.

People love to crap on NordVPN, but I personally have been very happy with them, and I trust them more than I trust a lot of others.

This will vary from case to case. After using PIA, Nord, and Mullvad for a year each, I would say that the first two will be a noticeable drop in speed for those of us on gigabit internet. Mullvad had the best speeds, but even then it's about half the norm.

On the other hand, if your internet speeds don't exceed 50mb/s, then it won't make a difference. Different needs for different people. I will say that PIA gave me the worst speed of the 3.

Nord is great, this price is bad, expecting gigabit speeds from a reasonably priced VPN is just ludicrous.

No one expected gigabit speeds. I was just doing a use case comparison for others who may be in a similar situation. I think Nord would be sufficient for most everyday use. You really only need insane VPN speeds if you're streaming or downloading large files (or maybe even uploading).
