What about this one for $65 at Costco right now? Does it qualify for the same rebate?

Wow the $65 deal looks better since it qualifies for the rebate.

Buy $50 of select P&G beauty products from September 29, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and receive a $15 prepaid card. $50 purchase total applies to the price paid after any coupon or discount has been applied. Trial and travel sizes are excluded. If purchase amount is less than $50 after a coupon or discount is applied, you will not qualify.

Requests must be submitted online by January 14, 2020.

They are both 6000s in the deal the OP posted. White 6000s only have 5 modes. 6000s in colors are the same as the 8000s, just no charging travel case, and have 6 modes. Why they did this? No idea really. My guess is they knew the white would be the most popular and there was enough savings in making the cheaper version for the 6000 in white, but they didn't want to set up seperate production lines for the 6000 and 8000 in the various colors, which probably sell fewer units of each. So those who get a 6000 in colors get a free upgrade. I have the gold 6000, and it works great. This is a very good price for two. Not the very best price ever, but very, very good, and plenty close enough to best ever to buy if you need it.

The other (two for $65) deal is a much lower series unit. 2000 I think.

The "much lower" series has lithium batteries that last almost 3 weeks before needing recharging, and come without all the fluff. A winner in my book.

Yeah it also qualifies for the rebate. Those are a good deal too you just won't have the Oral-B app functionality.

I've been using these for quite awhile. I don't care about the modes and Bluetooth app garbage. As a normal user who just turns it off and on there is really only one thing I've noticed about the higher model. I've had a 5000 for almost 4 years and the battery seems no worse for the wear. Previously I had a lower version and it stopped holding much of a charge after a couple years. This may be less of an issue these days. Unless you actually plan to use all the extra modes for some reason then I'd go with the cheaper one. I recommend Oral B over Sonicare based on my experience with both.

Just wanted to confirm this $99.99 ($149.99 - $50) in-store price -- just picked up a set today. That matches the super popular deal from April that @Keais mentioned in the original post.

Maybe he's talking about the 5000 and 7000 series that use NiMH batteries?

apple health has added brushing time with ios13. So with these bluetooth, it will track how long you brush automatically.
