I was tempted for the price, but decided no because of the reviews of melting which matched the inconsistency in the description. These are nylon, as in the title, not silicone, as in the description. Thanks for posting though.

I'm the fifth comment but this has 25 thumbs up... And yet 3 out of 4 comments tell people to stay away. Slickdeals is a joke, pure paid advertiser.

After looking at the reviews I'm going to stick with one I know works.

Matfer Bourgeat Exoglass Pelton Spatula
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00004SZ6Q/

There are reviews showing this one melting as well; based on my experience they had to receive knock-offs. I'd buy only from Amazon. It is fiber reinforced and very tolerant of high temps. I've accidentally left mine on a very hot bare pan without issue. I've been using mine since 2011, and it's my go-to spatula.

They're garbage.
I have one and when flipping eggs the thing got heated and bent so now I can't use it.
Terrible quality

We've been using these for over two years now. No melting whatsoever. They look the same as the day we bought them and they are used every single day. Are people just leaving them in the pan? It only takes a few seconds to flip something or pick it up from the pan.

Same here, we have both blue and orange, no melting issues whatsoever.

I have the orange color, no melting.
Use these every weekend for eggs and sometimes for ground turkey browning and splitting
