Got one at mine, thanks! Only 3 they had were high up on a shelf with the overstock. Had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come and use the lift to bring one down.

Same situation at my store. Any experts on HD clearance cycles that can chime in on whether this will go any lower? I picked one up but they left 3 more up high.

HD near me had an endcap full (at least 6) of these. Easily picked one up. I just hope it doesn't have the dreaded blade wobble. I was initially holding out for BF hoping that the R4210 (10" version of this saw) would go on sale for $299, but this was just too hard to pass up.

That may be possible. Confused
I bought the 10 and it works for me, got the cart for $99 on BF

Now about that 18v Ridgid brad nailer, put that on sale.

still shows full price in northeast Wisconsin... wish this was a compound so the slide doesn't stick so far out the back and could be put near a wall!

**edit: like the bosch glide or the hitachi C12RSH2

This Ridgid is a compound miter saw. The Bosch and Hitachi are different rail designs.

My mileage varied. Found a couple of these around Atlanta, but still $399. Oh well.

Got 1 @ $270+tax. HD in 92128 had 8 on a pallet stacked up on top of aisles last night, asked a manager to bring them down, which they did happily. Good luck!

12 inch slider is a big saw! Not many folks will need it unless you're cutting 12" width boards. Save some cash, and get more accurate cuts with a 12" non-slider.
