Pot roast is sold out but got some chicken pot pie. Reviews are so so but it should be fine for emergency rations at the office.

OMG if you eat a can of that at work you will literally be comatose and will grab 75% of your sodium needs for the day to boot. Wow!

I was just gonna say the same thing, after a heart operation I can't eat all that salt. vomit
Too bad, its good. You can often get it BOGO at Publix grocery stores if you have one in your state.

Full of sodium , avoid
They've actually come out with studies showing that sodium can be very beneficial to health. The problem is people often associate sodium with high blood pressure but they're also discovering higher blood pressure is normal for some people.

I was under the impression that you can counteract high salt intake via potassium (IE eating bananas or supplements) and drinking lots of water.

That's how the Japanese tolerate their high salt diets and yet have higher than average lifespans. I read about the benefits of potassium vs salt years ago though and I'm not sure if such claims hold up today...

With that being said, I'm in for a case at $10.45 shipped as I love the Chicken Pot Pie flavor; it really is a comfort food on cold days IMO. Although I think the writer of the description for the item is not a fan of the product and underhandedly is insulting it...

"...big pieces of chicken meat with antibiotics, peas and carrots" Not the most tempting description to say the least unless you have a fetish for antibiotics laugh out loud

Got this last go around. Order arrived damaged with 8 open cans. They sent replacement that had no damaged cans. Tasted good.
