Oh man, I can finally contribute.

I read the last thread (all those pages yes) and the previous one before that so here's a quick recap of the important stuff.

1) This is a flagship level phone with flagship level features. You're really not going to find a better phone for the $200-250 price point.

2) This is the V35 but the V35 doesn't have a lot of reviews and content so it's kind of hard to find info on some stuff. It is the same outside as the V30 except the camera is slightly positioned differently by a few mm.. which means, you can use all the V30 cases but if you scroll to reviews you will find 1 or 2 people who have posted pictures of how their V35 is a little bit off for the camera cut out.
But not a big deal, just keep that in mind

3) This phone along with the V30, have a curved edge. The glass is flat but the edges are curved like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Which means that getting tempered glass is harder than it sounds.

There are mixed reviews about tempered glass because the curve really farks with the fitment. The tempered glass only has adhesive on the edges and sometimes it will just pop off the phone if you drop it. It will also lift if you have a case, crack and downright doesn't play nicely like it would when the phone is perfectly flat.

4) For this reason, I went with the plastic film style protector. But once again, because it's curved, the only one I found that works is the armorsuit brand which is a wet application, not a sticky dry application.

I couldn't find a video for it on a v30 but I did on a galaxy edge which has even more of a curve on the screen. The wet application is basically applying a tint film (clear) to your screen which is why it can curve around the glass.

It requires 12-24 hours to dry out so keep this in mind

5) All v30 cases will fit but some will not look 100% aligned with the camera cutouts because the v35 camera is slightly position off by a few mm.

The otterbox defender and symmetry however, does fit perfectly because the cutout is a full triangle shape that encompasses the camera and power button.

6) If you plan on buying more than 1..... you can save even more than listed in the original description.

Cricket core plan is 1 for $55, 2 for $80, 3 for $90. The phone is $149 if you port.

Add the phone, add the $55 plan to cart, put in the phone number. Then Add a line, and repeat the process. You will see the discount reflected in the cart.

7) Go to the previous link and get the ebay link to the Tmobile ICCID seller. Get those ICCID and open a prepaid tmobile account. Note: 1 account per line. They do not require anything other than your name and address.

It's $3 per ICCID (virtual SIM number basically) and $10 for tmobile's prepaid line = $13 total.

Once you are given an account #, phone # and your pin (you choose), you go to cricket and port it over.

8) Mine shipped a few hours after I ordered.

These phones in particular are unlocked out of the box. Most crickets phones will.be locked. These don't even have cricket power on screen. They're the true unlocked version.

Better include a link with the previous deal, since it has lots of useful replies.

I bought 2 phones porting from Tmobile. The numbers were accepted and it said not to cancel the lines till phones are received. Since the phone are already paid for. Should we even port the numbers if we don't want to?

How long do you have to keep the $55 wireless plan? Can I just cancel after one billing?

So if I wanted to keep Cricket. I could just downgrade the plan I wanted and continue using the same phone?

I am on public Caltrain in northern California. Cricket service gets heavily throttled on the train and fairly unusable. This coupled with the speed cap makes it unstable if you are on caltrain in northern California
