Haha. For that price. my question is do they provide free water.

Just know the weather on the east side of Taiwan is relatively terrible during those dates. Visiting places like Hualien or Toroko, etc. would not be advised. If you're taking a quick trip to Kaohsiung or Tainan, you can't go wrong at this price.

For most tickets, yes. It should say so on your ticket. If not, doesn't hurt to ask.

How safe is the Country of Taiwan these days to travel to? Isn't the communist Chinese navy sending more of its missile ships to Taiwan's borders?

Yes. For that price. Chinese carriers are much more generous with handing out free hotels than US ones.

You're safer in Taiwan than you are pretty much anywhere in the US.

Thanks. It looks like free hotel stay is included.

I think I can have a short Beijing visit after checking into my hotel room.

It's not as safe as before clearly since our aircraft carrier and missile ships are there as well...
