Looking at the generic manual doesn't show PD/Power Delivery

So i'm sure if staples is wrong or the dell manual ???

Anyone with this exact model know for sure??
Looks like it does have PD from the ports list picture almost at the bottom. Anyone knows if the RAM is upgradable?

Space for a 2.5 HDD addition? An open M.2 slot? How would one expand disk space, other than using external drives?

More than likely storage space for an additional 2.5 inch SATA or HDD drive. That M2 stick doesn't take up that much room opening up room for another internal drive.

I decided not to buy this after reading this review on Staples.com:

Good only if you are on budget
I bought this laptop 3 weeks ago. For me it's working fine. There are some issues. For light works, no problem. But if I try to play YouTube videos on speaker, it gets extremely hot even only after 15 mins. Also, screen could be little brighter. Fingerprint works 75 percent of the times. But I am fine with it, I knew it's a budget laptop and not a premium one.

I don't need a tablet - just a laptop. Is it a waste to get this?
I have three convertibles at home(lenovo, hp and dell) I use both Win10 & Ubuntu on them and touch works fine. What I have found is, we dont need 2-in-1 if we use it purely as a laptop(esp long time laptop users who have mastered keyboard shortcuts and touchpad) However touchscreen comes handy for tablet mode. I would say keep it because you dont know when you need it(eg: push from MSFT towards new OS category in recent years)

Got one in silver last time around. Has two SO-DIMM slots, 1 extra SATAIII and M.2 slot connections on the chasis (easily accessible) I upgrades to MX500 1tb ssd and had random shutdowns. Fixed by turning off power link in Intel Rapid Storage Menu. Been perfect ever since. Bezel is really thick due to hinges but feel sturdy. Touch screen is accurate and works well with pen provided. Battery life is sub par but power options make it manageable. Will charge by 45W input as well as USB C power delivery. Screen is not very bright and harder to see outside but sharp. Whole system is snappy running 16G ram with system on stock M.2 drive which is fast. Keys feel pretty shallow but I got used to it and love it now. Integrated graphics are crap Can get hot as many laptops do. Bunch of connection options make it very well rounded. Good buy at $520 and is a great mid level to mid level laptop and can punch above it weight when tested but would be more worth it at $480-$500 if had to buy again. I love mine.

Good luck finding a laptop that doesn't do those things for 500.

Uh...theres plenty. Laptops thats priced at 500 shouldn't almost be blowing up after 15 minutes of youtube.

In for one... tried to get the Lenovo, but I would've had to have driven about 1.5 hours there and back... not worth it. Thanks OP. Curious if this will have a ton of bloatware that I'll have to remove. Can anyone verify?
