The "AMD Radeon™ "Raise the Game" Game Offer" is from the GPU manufacturer (https://www.amd.com/en/gaming/raise-the-game).
Retailers included in this promotion are:
United States
Amazon USA , Computer Upgrade Kings, CyberPowerPC, CybertronPC, iBuyPower, Micro Center, Newegg, Origin PC, and Xidax
(https://www.amd.com/en/promotions...dle-radeon)
Rakuten is not in that list.
I just bought a MSI XR 5700 XT from BestBuy (NOT in the list), and never got anything either. (there's an online threat showing complains about not receiving codes from them).
I contacted MSI, and they said to contacted BestBuy.
Going with Newegg, since I would like to get the deal. Applause

I already bought BL3 so the game bonus didn't matter to me (I would have waited if I would have known). You can also get the Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT for $382.39 through Rakuten, which I just ordered.

Huh? Best Buy isn't in the list. Did you mean the gpu is?

Link? I despise their search system.

Was considering this deal, curious as to why you would prefer the Sapphire over the Asrock. Thanks.

That's correct. I am fixing my post now. I was confused by the MSI guy's information. He told me and show me a different link about BestBuy, and advised me to contact them. Good catch! -Don't blame me, after my stroke, this is the best I can do.

I read and watched a ton of reviews about the cards that are out. AsRock is nice (my MoBo is ASRock) and I don't care about the look, but the thermals are ~3 -5 C lower on the Pulse, the fan noise is about 5 dBa lower and they used good components on the board. I do develop electronics myself so I appreciate the extra $5 on some ICs that are better. Gamers Nexus has 2 nice review videos on the Pulse. In this case it was only $5 or $6 more for the Pulse so I went with that one!

Yeah, this sucks, but I just bought BL3 on release so I wouldn't gain much anyway since you can't sell the game codes anymore and I wasn't interested in Ghost Recon. But if you are in for one of the games its definitely worth taking the $60 in consideration.

Good to know, all I care about is performance, thermals, and noise so it sounds like Pulse is where it's at. I'll check it out. Thanks!

Performance on all 5700 XT is pretty much the same. Thermals and noise is the only difference. Good luck. Mine will arrive tomorrow. I hope I have the right power connectors for my supply.

I think I'm too late? I see $442, logged in and the code SAVE15 is not applying. I am not a regular to Rakuten, thanks.
