Ugh. I just can't get behind Ulta makeup. Every single thing I have ever tried is garbage.

Add both to cart and get...

Online Only FREE 8 Piece Foundation Sampler with any $25 Makeup purchase (offer valid 10/6/19-10/19/19 or while quantities last)

total should be $35.98+ tax with "gift" added in. So essentially if this is worth $4 to you.. then get both in one order or do two separate orders to get the individual $15.99 prices with no "gift".

esamps, I have to kind of agree with you on this. The facial brushes are cheap and scratchy. The nail polish goes on smooth, but don't plan on wearing it more than three days unless you want to repair chips. The lotions I've tried are a little on the watery side.

I would only get this for a teenager just learning about makeup or a struggling college student.

I have not tried those but I have tried Ulta stuff and I just as the couple of people above me, think they suck.

the only thing I'd buy them for is for some fun playtimes with little kids or a teenager/new to make up person who needs a way to explore what colors stuff works before committing to the more expensive stuff. to me colourpop stuff is super cheap though and way better quality (have not tried their foundation though because that i prefer to try in store).

Also Xmass is coming. There will be all kinds of cosmetic sales.

Might I recommend an Ipsy subscription for teenagers exploring makeup? I love getting my Ipsy bag every month, and it's $12 per month.

I only suggest this because the quality of the samples/deluxe samples that you get in the Ipsy boxes are much better than anything I've tried of Ulta-branded products, and you regularly get good quality makeup brushes that will last for ages.

For the record, I have been a subscriber to many, many subscription boxes over the past five years, and now I only have BoxyCharm, Allure, and BeautyFix. Ipsy and BoxyCharm are the best for teenagers or people building a makeup collection. I'm not going to renew Allure after it's finished. BeautyFix is more of a skincare box, which is why I love it.

Thanks for the feedback. Was gonna buy one for the GF but she is sensitive to the low-end products, so won't waste any $$ on this
