I saw Costco and other major retailers dropped the prices on these yesterday. I think I'll wait a little longer for Black Friday, although Costco's return/warranty policy is very tempting.

The 3rd 55" one shows up as $1,599.97 for me instead of $1,749.99

That's the lowest we've seen a 55" B9, correct? This early into the '19 TV season, really makes me wonder what we'll see for BF or closeout sales next year. With the '19 versions moving to HDMI2, seems this could be the year to pull the trigger, just a matter of when.

Those 65" prices are no slick. I was hoping Costco can do better, as I like the peace of mind buying from them. However, if elsewhere I'm paying few hundreds $ less, I can either take the risk or pay for extended warranty. Greentoe keeps tempting me, I will have to convince wife to say "yes".

Anyone know what the difference between the Costco and non Costco models is (referring to the different suffix in the model)? I've heard anything from nothing to it missing this one feature (forget the name).

No difference. Just Costco getting a different number exclusively for their warehouse.
