I got this 5 or 6 years ago. My dog chewed through it in no time.

We have this and just know it has no handle. So carrying it is super awkward with a pet in it.
I've been using this for our little one as an indoor dog house/crate. Has aged pretty well. Buying another one to replace it

I read the title too fast and thought it said Penetration. Seemed like an odd name for a pet carrier.
All depends on how you fall onto it.

Exactly, which is why the inflated ratings. No handle, are they serious? The last the we need is for both hands to be occupied, for goodness sakes we need 1 hand for our smartphones! C'mon people get with the times! (Extreme sarcasm) haha.
If you look at ALL of the photos you'll notice that this model is not intended to be used to carry the dog, and clearly shows it folded up and held closed by a strap with a clip.

Likely as it is a soft sided indoor/outdoor "sleeping crate" they purposely did not put a handle on it to protect the dogs from being carried in it. If you want a carrier then you need to spend a lot more for something that has been reinforced and the bottom is rigid enough to keep it from folding or crushing anything inside of it.

My apologies.

The page was acting all jittery and somehow I managed to multi yours instead of "iWaifu" that was right above you as theirs were about wanting a handle to carry The dog around in it.

I hope it is sturdy. I ordered 2. I don't need a handle on it, I just need to keep my dogs secured in the car. I take them everywhere with me on long trips. I use a metal crate which is a pain. I need them secured and comfortable.

I can vouch for this product for cats, but my variant has a handle, strangely enough. It has a relatively sturdy construction.

Interesting - I bought this a few years ago, possibly the 20" one, when my dog was about 8 months old. It has a handle on it. My dog clawed through the mesh door the first time I put him in it (I tried it as a car crate but obviously that didn't work out). However, he loves the crate and we kept it around (with the ripped mesh door rolled up) and he used to sleep in there a lot when it was in our dining room.

I just ordered this to replace the broken one. It's a good crate, and I hope my dog doesn't claw through the door again, but it's not good as a car crate.
