FWIW, I bought this and returned it after buying it from Kohl's. In 6 uses, it burned all my food and the timer broke. It still, however, worked as an on switch. I ended up ponying up and buying the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. I realize at $300 (lowest price AFAIK) it's more than double this, but the temperature control is way more actuate and all digital controls won't break on you like this did.
where you got the Breville one for $300? Eyeing on one for awhile but didn't see it goes down that far?

Our most used appliance.
Bought ours from KOHLS.
About the same price after Kohl's Cash (KC).

All in all, it air fry works great for wings and fries.
Air fry is not so good for egg rolls or chicken tenders.
Convection and bake work well for frozen pizza's and reheating wings.

Only cons are:
1. Basket and tray are not dishwasher safe. Need to soak and scrub. You can buy an extra basket directly from Cuisinart. I have been unable to find anything comparable that is rated for use in an oven.
2. Door switch failed on our first one in 3 months. Bought a new one from Kohls and returned the broken one to preserve the KC used. So, longevity is questionable.
3. Hard to clean interior. Wing grease gets everywhere. Need to clean/scrub all the time, but it's best to clean when warm, so you need to slightly reheat the oven = risk for burns.
4. Not for exact temp cooking. Reviews abound of inconsistent temps.
5. Timer is not accurate. Set at 10 min, and it'll run longer.
6. Plastic knobs. Ours have not broken, but there are reports of broken knobs. Hot plastic is brittle. Therefore, do not turn oven off with the knob, just leave the door open and let the analog timer wind down.

PROS:
- 6 elements, so it heats up hot and cooks thoroughly.
- no staining on outside. Stainless is very clean.
- Price (mid $100's is way cheaper than Breville, but know what you're getting)

We place ours on a large cookie sheet to contain any grease that leaks out.
Also, we can move ours over onto the stove to utilize the exhaust fan.

NOTE: The one sold at Costco is different than this one. It has a round handle vs. a blocky one.
I use mine every day as well. We paid twice this at Kohls last year. The only thing I would add is a slight design issue with the knob placement. As you pointed out the knobs get hot because they are above the door instead of the side as most others.

Although I have not tried this one, I will say I find the "mini oven" style air fryers like this TONS better than the bucket ones. (I've tried both)

As for this one, this is within $6 of the lowest Amazon price ever. And that was a long time ago.

If ANYONE finds a better deal on a mini oven style air fryer, please reply to me.
If you wait, Kohl's will most like have stacked discounts on it again.

I looked at that one but the under $200 pro Cuisinart digital is prefect
What is the model number (or link in Amazon) of the Pro that you purchased? I tried looking for it but couldn't find anything with "Pro" in the name. Thanks.

I had this thing for 8 months (got it from Kohl's for $119) and it was absolute hot garbage. Temperature was always way off and burned stuff, timer always ran for a lot longer than you set it for, the included pan isn't actually non stick plus it rusts at the drop of a hat. Got the Breville Smart Oven Air for $255 (which it hits on black Friday usually now) and it's a WAYYYYY better product that I actually like using.

I scored a Farberware Air Fryer similar to this in style (but digital and apparently smaller) for $35 on clearance. I like it, even makes decent steak (comparable to a pan at least).

I have had the below one for about 3 months and really like it. I got it at a local Fred Meyer on sale for like $80. It's quite a good deal if you can find it for under $100.

Edit: I forgot, and just saw above it's at Walmart.

We absolutely love this thing. We knew we would use it, but we weren't expecting to use it even 20% as much as we do. Other than something very large, we will use this over our normal oven. I have done medium sized frozen pizzas, Pillsbury rolls and cinnamon buns take like 3 mins in it, we have done veggies in a baking dish in half the time in it. If they make a bigger one, i would buy it in a heartbeat. Have considered a second one, thats how much we like it.

We bought the Costco version when that was on sale. Like it but still need to figure out temp. Things come out a bit crisp. We have done 20 degrees lower than what is suggested. What is recommended?

I personally own this one: https://amzn.to/2OECMAF and it is worth every single penny. I think the digital controls are what sells me on it the most. I use this thing more than my microwave or oven.
