I purchased this fryer for the same price at Costco (on sale) a couple weeks ago. So far very happy with it.
Ditto here plus COSTCO will take care of any problem in the future. Very fast cooking with the fan convection baking .

I got the next model up for just a little more with the 40% Kohls coupon. I think the digital temp settings and timer is worth the extra money. I use it often for various things but wings and chicken thighs are my two favorites!

We bought the Costco version when that was on sale. Like it but still need to figure out temp. Things come out a bit crisp. We have done 20 degrees lower than what is suggested. What is recommended?
Wings:
- Put foil on the tray and basket on top
- dry off wings best as possible (if still wet, add 2-3 min to the first cycle before flipping)
- Adurlhasbeenblockedf wings (Costco Party Wings = ~20)
- Use middle slot
- Cook AIR FRY at 400F x 15 min
- Flip
- Cook AIR FRY at 400F x 8-10 min
** Adjust time for less wings
*** Just found Buffalo Wild Wing sauce at Walmart. I like the ParmeseanGarlic and Caribbean Jerk. Just like the restaurant after you toss! FYI...A little goes a long way; a quarter sized dab on each wing will coat well as you shake in a Lock/Seal or covered container.

Frozen Pizza:
- Use bottom slot
- Cook CONV BAKE (or BAKE) at 300F x 5-8 min
** trial and error depending on brand and thickness. However, anything hotter and the top burns.

Drumsticks/Thighs:
- Put foil on the tray and basket on top
- dry off drumsticks best as possible (if still wet, add 2-3 min to each cycle)
- Use middle slot
- Cook AIR FRY at 350F x 15 min
- Flip
- Cook AIR FRY at 350F x 15 min
** We love "Kickin' Chicken" seasoning

Fries:
- Put foil on the tray and basket on top
- Use middle slot
- Add fries in single layer
- Cook AIR FRY at 375F x 9-10 min

how many wings and you put in at one time..
Costco Party Wings (6 packets) are medium sized.
The basket fits about 20 = 2 packets

I've owned one for a few months. It works great and is ideal for heating any oven-safe frozen food (not just air frying). So much tastier than microwaving.

However, in addition to the temperature accuracy problem that many people have mentioned, you also need to watch out for the EXTREMELY hot air it shoots out the back.

If you have a tile wall to put it against , you should be fine. I recommend covering the area immediately behind this thing with a couple layers of foil if you have a normal wood or drywall wall behind it though.

Picked 1 of these up 15 months ago and use it all the time.
7-way switch went bad with only 3 setting working - contacted Cuisinart and they sent me a call tag for mine and a new replacement!

I've had this oven for about a year. I like it, it's a nice rugged build, but the convection fan always runs at every setting except Warm, and that's the one thing I'd change about it if I could. Not being able to stop the fan makes baking things like thick pizza or casserole or anything thick that needs time to cook through almost impossible, because the top is constantly being blasted with heat from above.
I had a bucket-style air fryer too, and it was considerably faster than this. But this cleans way more easily than a bucket and is more versatile, so it's a fair trade-off.

Our most used appliance.
Bought ours from KOHLS.
About the same price after Kohl's Cash (KC).

All in all, it air fry works great for wings and fries.
Air fry is not so good for egg rolls or chicken tenders.
Convection and bake work well for frozen pizza's and reheating wings.

Only cons are:
1. Basket and tray are not dishwasher safe. Need to soak and scrub. You can buy an extra basket directly from Cuisinart. I have been unable to find anything comparable that is rated for use in an oven.
2. Door switch failed on our first one in 3 months. Bought a new one from Kohls and returned the broken one to preserve the KC used. So, longevity is questionable.
3. Hard to clean interior. Wing grease gets everywhere. Need to clean/scrub all the time, but it's best to clean when warm, so you need to slightly reheat the oven = risk for burns.
4. Not for exact temp cooking. Reviews abound of inconsistent temps.
5. Timer is not accurate. Set at 10 min, and it'll run longer.
6. Plastic knobs. Ours have not broken, but there are reports of broken knobs. Hot plastic is brittle. Therefore, do not turn oven off with the knob, just leave the door open and let the analog timer wind down.

PROS:
- 6 elements, so it heats up hot and cooks thoroughly.
- no staining on outside. Stainless is very clean.
- Price (mid $100's is way cheaper than Breville, but know what you're getting)

We place ours on a large cookie sheet to contain any grease that leaks out.
Also, we can move ours over onto the stove to utilize the exhaust fan.

NOTE: The one sold at Costco is different than this one. It has a round handle vs. a blocky one.
I bought the OSTER one from costco a few months ago for under $40. You guys can find on youtube that an air fryer is the same thing as a "convection oven"!! don't know if some of you didn't know this. I prefer the OSTER model because the fan is on the side instead of on top. Youtube has videos on top fan failing by falling a little out of the motor coil (probably due to prolonged heat exposure and that the fan hangs down from the motor). I think a side fan motor may be more long lasting. The OSTER convection oven heats up a costco pizza super fast!! Love it. The only draw back to the OSTER model is that there's only one shelf. The OSTER at costco looks like this: https://www.amazon.com/Oster-Conv...0787KWTWS/

Air fryer may be "convection oven", but I use my Cuisinart over my standard ovens convection feature.
1. The oven take forever to preheat. I just throw the food in the Cuisinart cold.
2. The oven has a cool down cycle...more electricity wasted.

But good to know that the Oster convection is cheap. Might get one to compare once the Cuisinart bites the big one.

Although I have not tried this one, I will say I find the "mini oven" style air fryers like this TONS better than the bucket ones. (I've tried both)

As for this one, this is within $6 of the lowest Amazon price ever. And that was a long time ago.

If ANYONE finds a better deal on a mini oven style air fryer, please reply to me.
