14g sugar and 10g protein.... Wth. Anyone have any suggestions on similar snacks with super low sugar content and that are actually healthy?
Quest Protein bars (20g protein, 1g sugar, 180cal). Every now and then you'll find deals on here for Quest bars for as low as $1+/bar. If you have a Costco membership, Kirkland protein bars (21g protein, 1g sugar, 190cal, $1/bar) are a good alternative.

I personally go for the Kirkland protein bars since deals for Quest bars are getting rarer. I usually eat one to satisfy my cravings especially when I'm doing intermittent fasting.

We ordered the Fudge Graham last time these were on sale at Amazon, but they were so sweet we could barely finish the box.

For reference, we usually buy the Nature Valley protein bars from Costco (can't recall the flavor, but they're in a yellow-ish box) or the Kind bars that were on sale earlier this year at Amazon, and those aren't nearly as sweet.

Yeah the added sugar is a lot in these. It's ok if you're super active but for those looking for a light snack this is not good. Take a look at Kirkland protein bars. I eat those as they have relatively low added sugar and cost decent ($1/bar) vs something like quest which is $2/bar

edit: haha just saw someone said the same about Costco/quest bars

Luna has some lowered sugar options. I totally get your wanting less. They don't need to be so sweet and it is inflaming!

I do eat 3 boiled eggs but not captain crunch(at least not for a while). Neither fits in the convenience of a snack. Instead I end up eating some protein cliff bars which is tolerable and for the amount of sugar in it sure does not taste better than a Snickers bar.
I can strongly recommend the Power Crunch bars, especially the Mint Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chocolate. They use stevia, so there's little added sugar, and there's 10 grams of protein. And they do taste like a Twix bar.

I'll have to give that a try, thanks!

I love the chocolate almond raisin. Not as sweet as some of the other flavors

We switched to Kirkland Cookie Dough and Brownie protein bars b/c of more protein, less sugar, and no melted outer chocolate coating to deal with, and will not be switching back. The previous Kirkland Peanut Butter and Cinnamon Roll we had were terrible tasting, but the Cookie Dough and Brownie are very good.

Mr. Gluten-free strikes again.
In for a box of 30 Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk gluten-free. They were $16.59 which is still a great deal. Thanks OP!
That oatmeal option have the least amount of sugar, yet still 10g. Least sodium too.

My go to is Power Crunch. 13g of protein, 5-7 sugar, depending on flavor. Good selection of flavors. My faves are Triple Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge.

Any recommendations for protein bars with very low carbs/sugar?
