Yeah if you like waiting 2 plus hours per house. HHN is a joke now. Howl-O-Scream is much better in my opinion and a lot cheaper.

Hhn this year was awesome. The worst houses have the worst lines like ghostbusters, stranger things and the worst house of all time Us. I just came back and got lucky enough to do a few houses almost alone at the start and end of the night. Those are the magic hours. The Rob Zombie scarezone is like a free strip club so there's that as well ; )

For those without a Sam's club membership this is only about $7 cheaper than the online price directly through Universal with the exception of Saturday. So it might not be worth the membership. Saturday price is $22 cheaper going through Sam's club.

I went to Howl O Scream this year. It was a lot less crowded. But it also had a lot less to do. Only 6 houses. The pirate "house" was terrible. The scare zones were also a lot smaller. Howl O Scream kind of feels empty compared to HHN. But Howl O Scream is a lot cheaper and a lot less crowded. So that is a big plus.

If you go to HHN you pretty much have to buy a fast pass for $90 extra or else you will have no chance of doing all the houses. They sell so many fast passes that even that line is often 20+ minutes long.

Me and my wife went last week in Orlando. I would 100% recommend the express pass for an event like this if you're just going to be there a single night. I enjoyed every maze they had. The ones based on films all seemed to be pretty faithful recreations. It's something I plan on doing again

Lol if you live in the Pacific north west you don't have a Sams club. Do not think there is a store in Oregon or Washington state.

Is it worth to have a membership if you will never go to the store.

Well move, then...duh!

I'm guessing Costco has a stranglehold on that area? Still weird that they wouldn't have a store in a larger PNW market like...Seattle...or...Seattle...

People on SD can be such sourpusses. HHN is a great experience, sure it's crowded but the crowds are part of the experience. Seeing people getting spooked by the walk around actors, taking in the ambience while waiting in line or playing games with your loved ones. We're never missing a year from now on as huge Halloween fans. We got the fright pass for 119 or whatever its called to do 2 nights and make sure to get everything

Even off-peak nights are very crowded. Highly suggest the express pass, which is more than the price of the ticket. But you will see everything that way . . . U will not with a base admission.

HHN is great, just know what u are getting into.

Never heard such blasphemy as Howl-o-scream is better than HHN. I've done both every year for the past decade. Not only can Howl-o-scream not compare to the ambiance and effects HHN brings but I would go as far as to say it is a complete waste of time. Always the same houses. They changes a house or 2 every year. It's honestly a joke.
