Yes - all the 5th and 6th graders. I've already been suckered at a moment of weakness into buying one of the $40+ big flasks for my 5th grader about a month. (funny I actually tried to talk her into the lower priced Yeti's that were on the display just next to them - but no, not cool) It doesn't stop at the flask - you also have to get the cool vinyl stickers or you're still not cool. But it already seems to have passed...probably because the more sensible parents weren't dumb enough to spend so much or simply couldn't afford it. Over the last weekend I found out the new cool thing is to get Birkenstock shoes!?

Oh, yeah, and the over priced flask I bought is already dented in several places. Do yourself a favor and resist this fad. It'll be over before you know it...
Yep, my 5th grader (boy) loves making fun of this trend. All the "VSCO" girls have them, along with scrunchies and save the turtles-- no plastic straws. He has started using his again🙄

My boys always hated theirs. Dented, leak, lids broken. My 6th grader took his yesterday. Fell on floor, lid broke. Water everywhere. His teacher says only plastic water bottles now😄 He prefers the Kleen Kanteens-- the one with sport top is good.

I've had Hydroflasks for years. Now they say "not dishwasher safe"; mine don't say that. My 40 oz straw and spout don't work. The rubber on the spout degraded, and I hardly used it. It weighs a ton. I prefer my Yetis.

I came here just to be sure this was covered. Thank you.

Poor HydroFlask...they never asked for their brand identity to be tied to a short-lived, vaguely-defined tween movement. I hope they're banking some cash for the long run.
Don't they market directly to these tweens? All their ads seem to be very VSCO / Instagram oriented. In any case, I'm just soooo happy scrunchies are back. I live in them!! 😆

I would think most people would order more than one, and all you need for free shipping is a 22-oz and a 32-oz
Has deal expired? Can no longer get 50% off but just 25%

Looking for 40oz for under $15 lol
Take a look at your local TJ Maxx/Homegoods type stores. I used to be a BIG hydroflask fan a few years back but the knock off brands work pretty damn well and those stores always have a ton of them by the checkout aisles. I have a big one I keep a my desk that is either 32 or 40oz and it was like $11. Works great.

not to TC, but this 50% off tumblers deal has been around for months. they're obviously not selling nearly as well as the bottles.

Hydro Flask website getting hammered, can't get it!

Got it, and ordered a 22 oz. Perfect for a large Caffee Mocha at the local coffee shop.

Got these in 2017 on a flash sale from dicks sporting goods. $13.48 for 22oz and 17.98 for 32. Worth every penny for cold drinks.

They are on sale a lot at stores you wouldn't expect, just have to keep your eyes open.

$7 at Walmart for one that does the same thing. (Based on everything I've seen on yt)
I used to think that too. Then I was given some yeti's with the magnetic lids. I have a collection of cheap tumblers. I only use my yeti's... Hydroflask is the only thing close but the logo is so ugly.
