$250 Reloadable Debit Card for Free

-17 Deal Score
4,019 Views
Sakura Credit is doing a deal where they'll give you $200 for signing up for a reloadable debit card, and then they'll load an additional $50 on there after you take a short survey. The total is $250.

I have confirmed that this works. It took less than a week to receive the card. I have done the survey, but have not received the additional $50 yet. It should be loaded within a 2-3 business days.

They take info similar to other financial institutions, such as social security number and picture of ID. They do not run a credit score, but do verify all information.

**UPDATE** There's no reason for all the down votes. I've done this deal and it works. This is a company based in San Francisco. It's a startup and they're trying to attract aspiring and existing business owners.

... but how have you verified it works if you haven't received the funds yet?

I have received the card with $200 preloaded. I have used it, and it works perfectly. My original post states that I have not yet received the additional $50, which gets loaded a few days after taking the survey.

250 bucks to sell your identity. I would stay away because they are asking as number and copy of ID.

Yes, you'll need to want their "commercial" Visa card, so you either are or want to be a business owner. I'm sure we all do some business from home...

That $250 would really help me out but my gut tells me not to do it. I'll pass on this and hopefully I give strength to anyone else worried about missing out on a couple of hundies.

That's not what he's saying at all. He's saying giving up that kind of information to an unknown company is incredibly risky and not worth the payoff.

I looked them up on linkedin. They are about as legit as a startup can be these days. In for a try.
