Half tempted to grab this and try to sell my 2060s, I could use a CPU upgrade and would love to have a 1080ti instead of the 2060s.

Just change out mobo and maybe PSU and you'd have a great machine with some high end hardware. Unfortunate cant O/C CPU, but still, a 1080ti, 32 GB RAM and 6 core i7 at this price is just nuts.

Gamers nexus tested the PSU and while it's a no name brand it did ok in their testing.

1080Ti equals a 2070 super which is a $500+ card.

For those saying this is a good deal, ITS NOT. Theres a YouTube channel that did a 2nd review of these to compare it from their first purchase and this second round was worse quality than the first. They hot glued where they shouldn't, bios was set to boot from the wrong ssd, graphics card was unplugged, and to top it off they sent him the wrong model. I don't care what people think, I wouldn't spend 1k of my hard earned money on a disaster like this. It's like buying a car with a check engine light, why risk it?
You can't beat this price anywhere near, and you're complaining about assembly quality?

And your comparison with check engine light, is not accurate. It's more like buying a car, and the dealer forgot to put the floor mats from the trunk.

Have some common sense people. Extra quality checks, requires extra labor time, extra labor time requires extra expenses. Those extra expenses get passed on to consumer.

I dont know anything about computers but my understanding is this has an i7, a very good graphics card, and 32 gb ram isnt this a great price for all of this?
Great price. The graphics card alone is going for $550+ on ebay used. Processor, $350, new. Throw in 32gb RAM, 2tb hdd, 500gb ssd, motherboard, case, fans, windows 10, and a 2 year Walmart warranty and this becomes a very slick deal.

Nobody would pay $350 new for this CPU currently. And 550 is on the high end for a used 1080 ti.

To be fair, the assembly quality wasn't just lacking some QA check. It was very poor. The YT video he is referring to is from GamersNexus, who is reputable and one of the most knowledgable channels on PC hardware.

Imagine a parent buying one of these pcs for their kid because this was a great priced item from all of these SD comments. Then when it arrives with the incorrect boot drive set and the graphics card was unplugged. They would plug their monitor in the gpu, and would see a black screen when they turn on the power. I doubt they would recognize that the gpu is unplugged, then probably switch to the motherboard ports. Then they would see the bios menu instead of booting to windows. They wouldn't have a clue on what to do and why windows wasn't booting automatically. Their last thought is to open up the pc and see whats wrong.

If you're looking to buy in the prebuilt market, you expect to just plug and play. But in the model that GamersNexus received, it is far from that.

Personally if you don't know anything about building but want a pc (a prebuilt), I would stay clear from walmart pcs even if the price is inticing.

Love my 1080Ti. I don't have the nicest build, but this graphic card handles anything I throw at it (gaming wise).

Cheapest it's been is about $275 for the CPU and about $450 for the 1080ti USED. So $725 as a baseline... 32gb ~ $100, Mobo ~ $100, Drives ~$100 for both, $50 PSU, $50 case, fans, win10, etc...

I would say you couldn't put a USED version of this together for less than $999

Have you tried googling? And clicking the very fist link on the results page, that takes you directly to the gigabyte website?

Well, I did for you, here's the link:
