You didn't put price in the title. $119 is not bad for a ball bearing cabinet. With existing $30 off coupons it is $89+tax

From the Lowes reviews:
Fool me once, fool me twice"
Very cheaply made. Bottom cabinet drawers stick to each other.

Very flimsy for craftsman quality. It's small and the few drawers it has aren't very deep

"Run, don't walk . . . I mean away from."

It's great for the price until you slash your hand open on the door to the bottom storage area. This has happened twice

Not worth $179...very cheaply made. Lots of issues

Flimsy product not for average use.

The metal is so thin, I think heavy duty cardboard is stronger. It's best for storage, not regular use.

The steel is extremely thin and attached pieces are always a moment away from snapping off.

I wasn't expecting much. Yet, I'm still disappointed
"not as high quality of a craftman product"

does seem to scratch easy....feels kinda flimsy

It has almost 5 stars with 247 votes. I bet no pro mechanics go to Lowe's to buy this toolbox as their primary one, Snap-On truck comes to them with nice $1000 tool cabinets. For a regular guy this thing is fine, I have a couple of $60 Craftsman grey cabinets from Kmart that look exactly the same but without ball bearings and din't have any problems with them.
Here is a typical review:
Keep in mind that the 5 stars I gave this is in the context of an inexpensive light duty toolbox that will not be abused or see hard, frequent use.

The drawers operate smoothly and have an indent at the closed position so they stay shut. They can be a bit wobbly if not pushed straight from the middle.

The shallow depth is appropriate for the lightweight sheet metal. You can't fit a whole lot into the drawers or bottom stow, so it isn't likely to get overloaded.

The lid was a little sticky and wouldn't stay down, but a shot of WD-40 cured that.

Overall this is a good looking tool chest and a good fit for someone who needs a place to store a limited set of tools.

I'm with you, some people buy a cabinet like this and they expect it to be equivalent to cabinets costing $100's more. This is a more than adequate cabinet for the home user.

Not a bad price with the coupon but if you work with tools a lot you're likely going to upgrade to a larger tool chest eventually. Something to think about.
