There's been some very slick deals on this in the past, but this is still a good deal IMO.

So picked it up after work and did a little trial run last night. I like it! Easy to put together and the cleaning process is really easy as well. It definitely did its job because I got some really dirty water from the small area I did. I did a bunch of research and this was one of the highest rated. Also wasn't as loud as I expected after reading reviews.

Do stores price match Kohl's? Don't got the card to benefit from this deal.

I also have this, it struggled with cat hair and spit out a bunch of gross hairballs through the whole process. I was able to pick those up easy enough but I'd prefer if it picked them up.

It really guzzles the cleaning formula. The trial size container included got me 25% done with one room. I just did the rest with hot water and will probably use that from now on.

I have this cleaner and I really like it. It has a "light mode" you can use on area rugs that used like 1/4th the water and it dried in about 90 min. I'd see that being useful to do more often than a deep clean.

We have two labradors who shed a fair amount. For those with pets- vacuum first. Then vacuum again. It will save you some time in the long run by minimizing the hair this machine pulls.

I also saw a note from a fellow slickdealer on another carpet cleaner deal suggesting getting one of those 2 gallon weedkiller spray bottles with a hose, mixing your soap up in that and applying it to the carpet before running the carpet cleaner. Run the carpet cleaner with just hot water in the tank and it will pick up all the soap. This will help prevent excess soap staying on the carpet after cleaning. I tried it and it worked well!

I frequently have bugs crawling over my monitor that I didn't even flinch at it because I gave up a long time ago trying to squash them all.

This is basically the best commercial carpet cleaner. Warning, I don't even have carpets but get addicted to watching vacuum reviews somehow:

I got some Resolve cleaner at Lowes instead. Going off-brand looks like it'll be cheaper in the end!

Got this when it was $100 at Ollies. It did a great job and it's super easy to use.

Use a good vacuum beforehand - I used my Kirby
