Not good deal as most of them you need a Halo bridge. You can easily buy smart switches on amazon for around $15-$20 and dimmers for little more.

Rather invest in hub like Wink or other Zwave so don't need hub for each manufacturer

Wink? Wink is sadly going down. I'd never invest in them, at this point, as you can't even find wink in stock anywhere. More solid is Hubitat or smartthings. Hubitat is all local for zigbee and zwave. Smartthings is cloud dependant and can be laggy.
Oh and Bluetooth for HA is not a good choice.
