What I dislike about these titanium coated ones are they don't last any longer than a decent set of HSS ones and you can't re-sharpen them. With a little practice, you can resharpen drill bits even with a standard bench grinder. An actual sharpener is better, but I can get damn close with my eye.

You can resharpen titanium coated bits. It just that in doing so you will grind off the thin Ti coating, so it now is just an ordinary HSS bit

A thin Ti coating over cheap Chinese "HSS" steel is not the same thing as a decent set of HSS bits. You CAN sharpen them, but they will not last more that a few seconds before dulling rapidly again. That and these specifically listed ones are pilot point ones and cannot be sharpened.

edit: And to add, the cheap steel they use are prone to snapping.
