Would definitely avoid the navy accent chair unless you're just using it for decoration. I've sat in these before and they're not built very well or consistent with the way they're built. Almost bought this when it was $99. However, if you just want it to make your house look pretty, then disregard.

I dunno about any of the other chairs listed. They may be fine. Smilie

Yeah, I hear that.
Last year we needed a smallish corner chair for watching TV/reading and I went to Macy's and sat in every accent chair they had.
Although many were quite attractive only two out of about 15 were not as hard as a rock, too low, not sturdy enough, or poorly made/designed.
My brain now equates "accent chair" with uncomfortable or good enough for guests only.

To be fair. It's a hundred dollar chair. I don't know if it's fair to expect any more than pure decoration.

I agree. Just wanted to let people know it's really not a "sitting" chair.

I've learned my lesson the hard way with "accent" chairs; they're only meant as decoration - looks good only for about 3 months of normal use. Last one I bought at World Market, was $69 but after using it for only 3 months (1 hr a day), the upholstery is totally sagged and no longer in shape cuz the glue underneath lost its adhesion.
