Ordered from them on a previous slickdeal, got a letter in the mail yesterday, 10/17/2019, saying my full card number, expiration date, address and prescription information were all taken during a data breach.

Really not that great a deal, only applies to frames. Lens options/coatings usually are much more than frames.
Their 30%/20% off promos are typically going to give you more savings.

I have bought from Zenni, EyeBuy and Goggles4U.
EyeBuy is my favorite by far. Zenni is 2nd, Goggles4U is pretty awful.

Great glasses. Have 3 pairs and couldn't be happier with the quality, especially given the price.

Has anyone bought from here and Zenni? I've bought from Zenni several times, no general complaints except for lead time (yes they are made in China).

I've bought from both Zenni and EyeBuyDirect. I use zenni for the dirt cheap frames I don't care about breaking and I use eyebuydirect for the nicer looking frames for daily wear.

What is a high quality lens I should choose online for my glasses? I hate the base plastic. Locally, I think I normally get poly carbonate....thinner and clearer views.

Another option that I bought from In spite of their name is goggles4u. Been very happy with them so far and they were even cheaper than eyebuy.

cheap CR-39 is actually clearer than polycarbonate. Just make sure to get anti-reflective coating, it makes a big difference in reducing glare across the lens

At least they were honest. "To good to be true"
It would be much better if it included the lenses in the BOGO. My lenses were over $100 each pair and the frames were $40 each.. So I save a whopping $40 which still had me spending $250... instead of the $140 which would have been a true BOGO and a great deal...

And I happen to need a new pair, my daughters puppy Axle just chew the nose piece off my glasses and scratched lenses.. Axle or "A$$hole" just loves to chew...
