Do these bags keep a long time so long as they remain sealed? I have a bag of coffee beans coming in my next subscribe and save, and I've got a lot left in my current bag. Could be a while before I rip into this bag.

Got the super crema last time and it was good for maybe a week. Put it in air-tight container and it didn't matter. After that, I just used it for cold brew and that turned out great. Depends how much you drink, I suppose.

Best flavor balance for espresso(tried 20+ different coffees), also works great coarse ground in the French press. I highly recommend it.

Sealed, I would think so. I bought some (9 bags) Peet's Major D whole bean for like $4.75/2# at Sam's once when they were clearing it out and it kept fine for months. I don't know but I think bagged coffee would be packed with an inert gas like nitrogen to help shelf life. The Members Mark WB i buy now is dated one year out, FWIW. I wouldn't transfer it to another container until you're using it.

I currently use this in my espresso machine and it makes for a good cup of that black nectar. It is my current favorite for cheap beans.

Which one do you use? I've recently been going for the super creme, but not seeing it on this offering so might branch out.

Last time I order this coffee.
The bag was kinda stale.
I wonder if Amazon offers discounts because the items are close to their expiration date.

Likely.

Also if you talk to CS in Amazon they will refund your money for a bad bag of coffee and they will let you keep it. YMMV of course but I've done it 3x on 3 separate legit occasions of bad coffee.
