I got one of these Anolon hard-anodized nonstick skillets a while ago, and it has been my favorite cooking pan ever since. I use a plastic spatula and the coating has remained near perfect, with just a chip where another pot banged into the edge.

Both the inside and outside stay super-clean. The pan almost looks new. I'll probably buy the baking set, though I don't like that the max temp is 400 deg F., which is exactly the temp many recipes use. Would have liked it better if the max temp is 450.

Highly recommend the Anolon Advanced pans. I make sure not to use metal utensils, and my set has lasted me the past decade. Food still doesn't stick!

was hoping for the nouvelle copper ones in 10 and 12. but only seeing in 8 and 10. there much difference or is the copper just for marketing/aesthetics? i read the nouvelle has better heat distribution, but not sure the comments were based on experience or not.

Whats the difference between the Copper vs the Copper Luxe Onyx or Sable?

can someone point me in the right direction of which set to get? i need a big pan for omelettes and eggs that won't stick. i've tried copper in the past and it still sticks even with oil on the pan.

i like a big pan so was thinking about the 12 - but see that is only available in the anonlan - is that fine or is not good?

Edit: Scratch that. Changing stores made it work.

Too bad not available for pickup. $11 shipping killed it for me.

thanks, actually just purchased the luxe onyx set. these macy deals seem to come up often, so if we end up needing a 12" probably will buy at the next deal time. Still wish they had a 10" and 12" in the nouvelle copper luxe line.
