Ace Hardware is running a 95 year anniversary sale, and I received their advertisement via snail mail for their deals that run from October 16-28. The ad lists $250 off their Weber Genesis II SE-410 LP Gas Grill(Final price 699.00 + tax).

Ace reward members also get free assembly and delivery on grills 399 and up! You need to have an ACE close enough to qualify for the free delivery/assembly.

Here is the link to their site of deals with the grill deal on top(looks like 4 different colors to choose from):

Serious question. What makes the $700 Weber better than the $100-200 versions?
10 year warranty
Even cooking, stainless steel grates, more BTU's
With proper maintenance and cleaning, replacing the occasional part, this grill could easily last 20 years

I have had my Weber for over 20 years. Maybe it's time for a new one! Thanks OP.

I would recommend checking your local Lowe's. I bought this same exact model last year after a post was made in the $400 range - I can't remember the exact amount.

I just bought this grill for $900 at Amazon and love it! Have always had great luck with Weber grills as they last quite a long time.

I learned my lesson the hard way here.

I got a $200 (normally $300) Nexgrill 4 burner w/ side burner all stainless steel from home depots 2.5 years ago. This exact model except mine isnt stainless steel grates:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Nexgr.../205449953

Burners have held up after 2.5 years, the "heat spreaders" over the burners below the grates have really deteriorated and chunks are missing badly now. Bottom of grill is disgusting (maybe my fault, but gets bad easily too), the side burner stopped working within a year, the grates I have (Again not stainless steel) are rusting a little in places...It has a 5 year burner warranty which is nice, but I actually dont have burner issues (yet).

I would have just spent more for a Weber in retrospect. Not totally relevant but I grew up on charcoal webers and those things literally never aged much it seemed. Place I live now we cant have charcoal on our porches so I went gas for first time with the nexgrill.

I have owned my Genesis III for over 8 years and the case still looks brand new. I did have to change out the igniter, but that was easy enough. Go WEBER!

We typically go to a U-haul that has a propane refilling station. Pretty cheap. 6.3.1

True, mine lasted 20 years with virtually no maintenance and cleaning. Looks like if could go another 10.
