How does this compare to the EGO 56V?

I have this mower and it works great. It's nice and quiet, easy to push. However i think the side walls are very soft and so you can see it flex when you're cutting thick debris. It causes the debris to slide out from underneath. Over it's a great mower and folds up nicely.

I'd recommend it if you're looking to buy more of the 40v ryobi line of gardening tools. It's really good bang for your buck.

There's a handful on clearance because of returns in clermont,FL.
I purchased this for $99 with no grass bag. Works fine.

I found a video of a guy using the ego and it seems better than this one.

The Ryobi model in the video is the lower end model. Not the same model listed here.

This one is a updated model and design and has an adjustable propulsion. And a 6ah not the 5ah that came with the previous generation.

Bought mine at the beginning of summer, made it through the season no problem. Really glad I bought it. Really like the 40v blower. Have a corded one I never use. Use the cordless all the time.

I love mine too. Blade is a little beat up, but that's probably my fault for the crap i run over it with.

Brickseek shows some in the San Diego area and all stores are shown as "Clearance". Why is the latest model on clearance? Grass grows all year here.

Thank you. I was going to wait for another $350 combo deal with blower. Got this newer model instead. I have been using the older walk behind version for almost 5 years. Really love these cordless mowers.

My Home Depot actually has these for $279 clearance, so it was a pleasant surprise.

For anyone in the Seattle area, the Home Depot on 120th and Aurora has a few available. They are all stacked away on top of the shelves so it took a while to get. Comes up at $279.
